And in case you’re wondering who in the heck I am-HEY! My name is Molly Phair and I am Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Personal Trainer. I am from Southern Oregon and my priorities are my faith, my family, my health and my work! I LOVE what I do but I wasn’t always in the health and wellness space. I actually graduated from college with a Music Therapy degree! I love music and playing piano was my way of expressing my emotions in a way that was difficult for me to do with words. I am an introvert at heart and am not always the best communicator. Just ask my husband!! I also have a secret love affair with pumpkin pie and am a reformed pet hater. I have a little 4.5lb shiatsu/toy poodle named Lucy that I absolutely adore! My four kiddos and husband are the brightest lights in my life and I think I found the perfect husband for me because he knows how to put up with me and all of my crazy! And my highest priority of all is my faith. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and work with Christian women of all faiths from all over the US. I am currently working on getting an exercise and nutrition survival guide published. It is called Fit for the Kingdom: An Exercise and Survival Guide for LDS Missionaries. I have felt called to do this for years and am now SO EXCITED to get it out there into the hands of LDS Missionaries all over the world! I have always had a love for health/fitness and got my personal training license before I became a Functional Nutritionist but I was pulled into this world after my own health struggles. After my 4th baby was born I began to have some pretty intense problems and after LITERALLY YEARS of antibiotics and no answers I was left with a destroyed gut, anxiety, depression, psoriasis, migraines, hormonal imbalances, an autoimmune disease and basically you name it, I was dealing with it. I was a pretty hot mess. That’s when I began to become my own healthcare advocate and search for a solution. I searched and found a functional medicine doc that was 2 hours away from me and as I began to see her, my whole world got rocked. I learned about a whole new way of healing-root cause wellness over symptom suppression. It was truly life changing for me and although I still struggle with some of my health/autoimmune conditions from time to time, I was able to heal my body from the inside out.
Now as an FNTP and CPT, my goal is to empower women to become their own health advocates and to not settle for band-aid fixes. I want busy women like me to be able to find an EASY solution to feeling better that isn’t shrouded with over-information from our current diet/weight loss culture. I currently work in a local integrated clinic full time as a Functional Nutritional Provider and Manager. I also run my own online practice called Molly Phair Phitness. I see 1:1 virtual clients, run fun health/wellness challenges and am the creator of my Pillar Membership Program: Healthy Happy Whole.
Through over 4 years of working with patients and clients, Healthy Happy Whole focuses on my six pillars of health and is a six-step system that is truly the easiest way for busy women to lose the weight, get in shape and reclaim their time and energy to live their best life.
