Sometimes it feels like this never ending cycle of diet after diet, counting calories, figuring your macros or you just telling yourself over and over: “On Monday I am going to start exercising and eating right!” Monday comes and your off to the races but by mid-afternoon you’re secretly slamming down handfuls of your kids’ goldfish crackers and spoonfuls of Nutella. It feels like no matter how many times you try, you keep failing. Over and over. Tomorrow is going to be better. I WILL DO BETTER. THIS TIME I PROMISE TO MYSELF THAT I WILL DO THIS. Only to fail again. You desperately want to change, but at this point you just feel stuck. You don’t know how to do it and make it stick.
Who am I? I am a crazy Christian mom of 4 kids and wife to 1 amazing guy! I love my faith, playing piano and singing, pumpkin pie, reading, my little puppy lucy, playing basketball, hiking and being outdoors. I am an NASM certified personal trainer and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. But without the fancy titles, I am just like you. I am not a fitness model or the picture perfect ideal of what health and fitness looks like. BUT, I make it my mission every single day to help people get healthy and overcome the things that I have struggled with and continue to work on everyday. Why? Because that is how we grow, improve and become a healthier and happier version of ourselves. I want to empower you and give you the tools to make these changes for yourself. I KNOW you can do it. I have been there, I have done it and SO CAN YOU!
Okay so let’s get down to specifics! The Rock Your Body 6-week Challenge is hosted by me in my private Facebook group page. This is largely the place and space where I help you overcome your struggles with food and your health and to reach all of your health and fitness goals using my 6-pillars of health structure in a fun and challenging way! In this challenge we will focus on nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration, stress mgmt and personal/spiritual development. This is NOT your typical challenge because I feel that we need to work on all 6 pillars of health in order to truly create new habits and experience transformational health. The real solutions we seek are almost always hiding in plain sight.” This isn’t a fad diet program and it doesn’t include the purchase of a bunch of “other things” like diet pills or equipment. We work together in a fun and supportive atmosphere to have breakthrough mindset shifts and challenge ourselves daily as we focus on the simple things that we do each day that add up to MASSIVE transformation.
